How to Eat More Vegetables? Plants First

Challenge for today: try "PF-ing". That's where u eat plants first in each meal. Pile ur plate w fruit/veg +half-the-usual portion of the rest of the meal (meat, grains etc). Eat all your plants first, then sit w ur stomach. Here's my version of Plants First.
