Balance.

Sounds simple right? It can be, for sure. But, in the beginning, finding food balance might require a little finessing.

In our weekly #PhyteWellWednesday Workshop, we talked about how we manage to balance nutrient-dense food over energy-dense food in real life…even on VACATION!
